Problem:
We receive updates from Holiday Taxis and Bedsonline into FD via email to notify us of changes on bookings which then need manually updating in Phenix. This could be things like a pick up change or time. These can be sent
Requirements:
Bot to find the booking in Admin Studio,
Logging into the suppliers system,
Identifying the change
Updating the voucher on file in Phenix
Emailing the TC from FD to advise it has been done (in case they have already issued the customer's documentation).
Benefits:
Each one can take around 7 minutes. We currently have about 1000 outstanding, having already completed about 4000+ in the last few months
