Upload of TC photos from Phenix to O365

Problem

TCs upload a photo within Phenix, this updates cross: Intranet, Phenix, Website
But not O365 (was "not in scope") and Dev focus is on shiny new features.

Requirements

When the TC uploads a new photo into "Manage my details" on Phenix the file is saved to \\ukmaniis3\person_faces and a ticket comes to TSD, eg:

We then grab the file from \\ukmaniis3\person_faces
File name = end of URL from Intranet eg Russ is http://intranet.travelcounsellors.com/people/staff_info.aspx?pid=6023

TSD then update on Office portal for the user uploading the photo from \\ukmaniis3\person_faces

TSD get 725 tickets a year taking 2 mins each for uploading these photos into O365 to update across Outlook, Teams, Skype etc. = almost a "working week" a year
