Currently TSD need to manually create multiple profiles in different systems when a new TC is joined.
Justification
Process is time consuming.
Requirements
7 days before TC's induction start date
New TC to be set up in the following
Freshdesk contact creation in both TSD and TCsupport instances
VCC set up in AS for leisure and corporate
Once the phone number has been created by supplier (email auto sent from FWCRM)
SfB Account Created
Number added to AS profile and AD account
VM powershell run in o365 to configure Teams VM

Each time this process is done it takes 15 minutes per record, we have on average 5 new starters per week. 75 mins time saving?
