Process DMC booking confirmations into a semi-automated workflow

TCs book tours and packages with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), who organise and look after the customer for their holiday - these can be complex itineraries or specialist holidays (e.g. Safari's).

We have commercial arrangements with these DMCs but our systems are not connected in any way so the TC books it with the DMC and has to manually load a quote or a booking.

Each DMC should give the TC some sort of quote and booking summary document, usually in a pdf.

It would be good to be able to semi-automate some of this process so the contents of the DMC doc can create a shell quote or booking using Phenix components.

I don't know the volumes or £ we generate through DMC bookings but it is not small and it is a valued and strategic product for TC due to the personal nature of the product for the customer.
