Problem:
Currently the process for setting up a TC on GAL is very manual. Karen Hurst is the only person who can do this in the system, she needs to log into AS and allocate a license
Requirements:
Bot to log into AS and locate available pseudo
There is a list of (Global) GDS Users in Admin Studio. Each user is allocated a license.
They are allocated a Sign on Code
The Sign on code is then set up in Smartpoint ( standard format)
TC has a standard Agent Profile - currently use a Travelport Script to create the profile
Extracting information from TC Profile (contact details , email address etc) and PCC list in Admin Studio
Benefits:
Automation of this process would benefit all Global Offices and also standardise a workflow, saving 20 mins per new license creation.
Also remove single point of failure.

Would be beneficial for NL/BE as well. Although it's a small number of NL/BE TC's that are on gal or will need to be set up on the future. However it would still be a time saver and a solution to Andre (our IT colleague) being a sigle point of failure, as he's the only one who can do this for us at the moment.
