Automation of the TC Mentor allocation/introduction/set up process

Problem:

Every new TC that joins us is paired up with a mentor (an existing TC who is qualified as a mentor) they are paired up based on background and capacity. Emails are manually sent to introduce them. There is also a spreadsheet filled in and sent to Helen Grace in finance for the mentor payment to be made

Requirements

• robot checks ss, sends an email to TC and new TC

• automates Hele's process

Metrics

Currently the allocation, introduction of set up for the TC Mentor scheme for new starters takes between 1 and 2 days ahead of the induction. Very time consuming but also very manual and so open to error/oversights.
