Corporate Account Set-up

Is this something the business wants? Do we want TC's to be able to create accounts with no autorisation? Could we create as a pending status?

Problem:

Possibly only a solution for immediate payment initially?

Currently when a TC/ BDM wins an account in FW CRM this triggers an email to the finance team to set up the corporate account in Admin Studio. This process is time consuming data entry work that is often then inputted into AS incorrectly which leads to discrepancies in the data in FW.

Justification:

Time saving to get a client operational. + resource saving within the finance team for currently keying in information after approval

Requirements:

    • When an account is won in FW, a record is created in AS with the following information:

      • Account Name

      • FW ID Number

      • Owner

      • Industry

      • Address Details

      • Bot could create the account number? Investigation needed.

      • Customer email address

    • The bot should not run constantly and instead should check one every hour to see if any new accounts have been set to won to create the records.
