Automation of PNR update process to ensure tickets are loaded for BSP purposes

Problem:

Currently the process for checking and updating PNRs is very manual. Ana Molla is the only person who does this and she spends most of her day doing it

Requirements:

• Bot accesses the PNR, you can access the list by exporting a spreadsheet

• Email the TC to tell them that is needs to be completed

• Update PNRs that are on the suitcase list with the correct information
